I. How to find out my student number?

Step 1: Please go to ‘Student Information System’ (Please click one of the links: RWD version, traditional version).

(a) If you are using RWD version:

You will see a question mark button next to the word ‘Account (Student ID)’ on the homepage. Please click it, enter your ‘Student Name’ and ‘ID No.’, and click ‘Submit’ to enquire.

(b) If you are using the traditional version:

You will see the ‘ID Search’ form on the homepage. Please enter your ‘Name’ and ‘ID Card Number’ and click ‘ID Search’ to search.

II. When can I enquire?

According to the experience of previous years,

• students of master's and doctoral courses can usually check their student numbers after 1 August, and
• students of bachelor's courses (including further studies) can usually check their student numbers after 20 August.

Please understand that the exact time may vary from year to year due to the transfer of documents and other operational procedures.
